PAYMENT
We accept payment via paypal and 2Checkout. We also accept cheques made payable to 'Ashram Emporium'. Your order will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
UK DELIVERY and SHIPPING
Please check the individual product description for delivery information, as details will vary accordingly. Valuable items are sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery. Other items are sent mainly by 2-3 day 'signed for' postal service. If you do not recieve your goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract and you will be refunded.

We update our website daily, however we cannot guarantee all items are available from the Online Catalogue at the time of your request.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is of primary importance to us at Ashram Emporium. In the event that you are not pleased with your ase(s) from our online catalogue, it may be returned for a full refund. Our conditions of refund are: that the item(s) must be returned to our store in the same condition as received, we must be notified within two days of receipt of goods of your intent to return them, items must be shipped back to Ashram Emporium within four business days of receipt of goods, and the client is responsible for postage charges to return these item(s) to Ashram Emporium. This refund policy applies only to those goods purchased online, without prior first hand examination.
